Our favorite vacant staging in February is a new waterfront construction by Labram Homes Inc., and listed by Jim DiMartino with Strickland Property Group.
This beautiful home overlooks the Riviera bay with sweeping water views from every room, yet online it didn’t attract a lot of interest because the empty rooms couldn’t show off its full potential.
Staging makes a real difference for vacant properties alike. We created a strong first impression with a story that enchants prospective buyers. Aiming for a sense of livable luxury, we used texture and pops of color throughout to imbue the space with warmth and relaxed elegance. We went the extra mile by installing an electric fireplace with a custom-built frame in the living room. We looove how it turned out!
