Milena oversaw the complete remodeling of our beachfront condo. It was an older unit, which is now beautifully updated. Milena was full of great ideas on decor and how to get the work done. All of her subcontractors did high quality work, even for the smallest jobs. She continues to help with things that come up and remains a great resource for ongoing upgrades.

We hired Milena and her crew to professionally stage my parent’s home in St. Petersburg. We felt that she did a great job in enhancing the features of the home. They did such a great job. From the first time I saw their work, I knew they were the ones to stage my house. We received 5 offers in the first 3 days of the house being on the market. I believe that having the home staged had a lot to do with it. Buyers are able to picture themselves living in the home, where they could place their furniture, and the scale of the furniture that will fit in the rooms. Gulf to Bay will even sell the furniture if so desired. I really can’t say enough good things about them.
